Tracy, I am ** years old and I have 7 beautiful grandchildren. They love to come to grandma and papa's house. They love to rough house. After about 5 minutes of playing with them I need a nap! I have gained so much weight over the last 30 years that they call me the "fluffy" (a polite term for fat) grandma. I have artherites, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, severe depression and I don't sleep well. Oh and the doctor just told me I have asthma. I am afraid to think what might fall apart or fail next. I have tried so many diets I could not begin to name them all. I would love to have the chance to win this diet help. I am one of those people that if they don't see results in a short time they give up (and usually gain MORE weight). Your story inspired me to try this. I need to lose over 70 pounds just to get down to what I weighed after my fourth child was born. I am always open to suggestions and would love the chance to meet you.
